Unexpected delight at the airport

After a long flight, I was welcomed with a warm smile at check-in. The room provided stunning views of the runway, offering a unique experience for an airport hotel.

Unfortunately, the noise from the nearby restaurant was distracting during dinner. While the staff was kind, it was tough to relax with the commotion.

My recent stay at the Marriott was fantastic. The check-in process was efficient, which was a great start to my business trip. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, making it easy to catch up on work. The location is excellent, providing direct access to the airport. The staff, particularly at the business center, were attentive and ensured my meeting equipment was set up without any issues.

The restaurant pricing was higher than expected.

The architectural design requiring outdoor walks in inclement weather is baffling, especially when close access should be a priority for airport hotels!!!

Enjoyed the beautiful lobby and very comfortable beds, but faced communication issues with housekeeping not understanding our extended stay and had problems with the escalator not working during departure. Overall, the customer service made us feel welcome despite these inconveniences.

Had an awesome stay with friends! We enjoyed the spacious guest room and took advantage of the M Club amenities. The location was perfect for visiting the nearby entertainment options at the ballroom venues.

One downside was the dated feel of the property. It could use some updates to make it more appealing, especially in the rooms.

In my wife’s opinion, the check-in process needs to be quicker. For families with kids, having better access to rooms would make things easier.

Just a suitable option for a short break in Houston with definitely value for money. The shuttle staff were brilliant and very helpful during my stay. Make sure to check the shuttle schedule for easier travel to the airport.

Perfect layover stop!

Had a great time chilling during a layover. Check-in was super smooth thanks to Mia, she really made me feel welcome! The room was spacious and comfy. The water pressure in the shower was on point. The shuttle pods to the airport were a blast! Minor issue was the food options were kinda limited late at night.

The gym had free weights and a pull-up bar, which was a super nice touch! I also loved the convenience of the m club lounge being open 24/7 for snacks and drinks.

Felt good, no complaints.

Staying here was convenient, with the free underground LRT system making the trip to the airport effortless. The juicy burgers at the restaurant were a delicious treat, and the staff, especially Espy, went above and beyond to make every stay a memorable one. However, the low water pressure in the shower and the lack of a microwave in the room were disappointing. Additionally, the pricing for bottled water felt excessive, which is something that could be improved.
